Maintenance Technician

Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, installation of window/door trim, moldings, cabinet alignment, repairing/replacing ceiling tiles, minor dry wall repair and taping, common area maintenance and day time emergency janitorial duties as needed, painting, and other maintenance repairs.
