WHO WE ARE

Solutions Property Management, LLC (“Solutions”) is a privately held, family-owned property management company that manages both commercial and residential properties. The company’s primary focus is management of properties in which the Company principals or related entities have an ownership interest. However, the company does manage properties for a small group of outside Owners who have an established relationship with the company or its affiliates.

Solutions was created in 2013 by Linda Dunham, a South Dakota Real Estate Broker, under a South Dakota firm license. Linda entered the real estate industry in 1996 and has broad knowledge and experience in property management, commercial property sales and leasing, investment analysis, Realtor® association management, writing and teaching real estate classes, and brokerage management.

Solutions is operated with a property Owner mentality. That means frequent reporting, streamlined processes, utilization of technology, and full transparency. It also means a focus on tenant retention, preventative maintenance, short- and long-term goals, and asset management.

The company was founded to provide property management services to closely held commercial and multi-family properties. This role quickly expanded to include a niche in providing construction turnover and initial lease-up services for third-party multi-family properties. While this resulted in quicker growth for the company, it also threatened the company’s ability to provide deep analytical and hands-on management of each managed asset.

In 2017, the company refocused on the company mission and discontinued management of a number of third-party properties.  This move helped ensure that we continue to have fun, provide exceptional service to Tenants and Investors, and manage assets in a manner that promotes long-term viability and marketability.

Property Management is a highly competitive industry and there are a number of excellent providers. In keeping with our mission, we are selective about the owners that we partner with in order to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.
